I grew up in a family where nonprofit work was built into our DNA. Through deep ties to the local Santa Barbara community and combined decades of involvement from those who came before me, I learned first hand how important this sector is to me on a personal and professional level. I spent a number of years as a development professional and quickly learned that I had a passion for bringing people together to contribute to the causes they care about. The Conrad Collective was brought life in 2021.

Mission: The Conrad Collective collaborates with nonprofits to ensure organizations have the support they need to collectively impact the communities they serve.

The Conrad Collective is run by husband and wife team, DeeDee and Kevin Conrad. DeeDee primarily handles grant writing, fundraising and event planning. Kevin handles grant research, fundraising event outreach and other various administrative tasks.
